Hospice nurse gives an A+ talk on why to face death so you can live

Thanks to pastor coach and mentor Dave Jacobs for sharing the link to this TED talk by his friend Keith Seckel, a hospice nurse in Oregon.

“Life and Death Matters,” a 16-minute talk by Seckel last November [2013], may be the best talk on how to prepare to die I have ever heard.  I’m sure it is.  I love the precision of Seckel’s words and the structure of each sentence.  He is clear, articulate, funny and full of truth and wisdom — full and overflowing.  Truly outstanding.  A+

(Here’s a little teaser.  Seckel asks, “When you get to the end of your life, whenever that may come, who do you want to be, and what will you choose to do today in order to become that person just a little bit more than you were when you woke up this morning?”)
