faith to keep looking ahead

Job lost everything in life, and then got everything back. The latter part was more blessed than the former. Job 42:12-17
Good grieving is not only letting go but somehow letting it bless us. Job did that.
What Job grieved was over. He didn’t get it back. We cannot get back what we grieve. It is over, done, gone.
One of the major lessons of Job is that we somehow have to learn to trust God with all the deaths — small and big — that we experience in this life.
Peter Scazzero says that the message of Jesus is never that we will not suffer but that suffering and death bring resurrection and transformation.
