This is not the hour for giving up but for holding on!

As I talk with pastors and leaders I repeatedly discover that they need three things, almost more than anything else:  

Endurance

Encouragement

Hope

 Pray this over your family, your friends, your pastor, the leaders in your church…  Pray it often; pray it fervently; And then tell them this is what you are praying:

5 May the God who gives endurance and encouragement give you the same attitude of mind toward each other that Christ Jesus had, 6 so that with one mind and one voice you may glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. — Romans 15:5-6


13 May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. — Romans 15:13

Because, brothers & sisters, without endurance and encouragement and hope we might give up.  But this is not the hour for giving up but for holding on.  So pray this for others; pray it over yourself.  Stand firm and stay at your post!
