Men’s Fitness class this Wednesday

Mensyard_1 Men’s exercise class is this Wednesday morning (Jan. 12) from 6-7am here at the Vineyard.  Join the men in the photo here waiting to get in and start the journey toward great health with other men of the Vineyard.  Karl Geissler from Gill Athletics, and Vineyard member, will lead us through the what he promises to be "a very good workout."

I know it’s early, but you can make it.  Wear sweats and tennis shoes.  You can shower here at the Vineyard, if you wish.  Come through the south door.  After some exercise, we’ll pray together, and we’ll be finished by 7am sharp!
