Your Emotional Health is vital!

One of the issues that has gripped me recently is the whole arena of Emotional Health. Peter Scazzero’s book is one of the best books I’ve read in a while. It deals with both the emotional health of churches and of those inside churches. That’s us, brothers. Scazzero is a church planter in New York City. In the mid-1990s his church was growing like crazy while his own emotional health was going down hill fast. It was only when Scazzero started looking beneath the surface that he really began to realize that one cannot be spiritually healthy if one is an emotional infant.
